Dubai family visa rules 2024

7. To sponsor a wife, it is required to submit an authenticated marriage certificate that has been translated into Arabic by a certified translator.

9. When it comes to sponsoring a daughter, a resident can only do so if she is unmarried. As for sons, they can be sponsored by a resident until the age of 18, or until the age of 21 if they are studying.
10. Stepchildren of an expatriate resident can also be sponsored, subject to the guidelines set by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
11. Additionally, an employee has the ability to sponsor both parents by providing a guarantee for each parent as stipulated by the respective immigration department.
12. Lastly, a woman can sponsor her family if she holds a residence visa with a monthly salary of at least AED 8,000 or AED 10,000 plus accommodation.
13. The woman must also hold a professional position related to the medical sector, such as an engineer, nurse, teacher, or doctor.
