10 Best Quests In Disney Dreamlight Valley
These tasks in Disney Dreamlight Valley are the most beautiful ones!
There are many relaxing things to do at Disney Dreamlight Valley. There’s always something new to do, like cooking up a storm in Remy’s kitchen, getting smaller with Buzz and Woody, or learning the Perfect Cast with Goofy.
However, some of these trips are more fun than others. For a life-simulator game, Dreamlight Valley’s quest system is pretty complicated, with a lot of interconnected character stories to deal with. Forget about the boring fetch tasks. These are the best missions you can do in the valley.
The Astronomy Club
Wall-E has a lot of heart, even though he is small and rusty. One of his tasks, The Astronomy Club, shows that more than anywhere else. After finding a picture, he remembered that he, Merlin, Prince Eric, and Buzz Lightyear (a very unusual group of people) used to run a stargazing group together. He wants your help to get the group back together.
In Dreamlight Valley, the best tasks are the ones that bring together different personalities. This is because you start to see similarities between many of the old Disney figures. Who knew that Wall-E and Ariel would do things like hold junk swap meets? This is shown very well by the Astronomy Club, and the ending scene with all the OG members huddling together for a picture by the telescope is great.
A Festival Of Friendship
In keeping with the idea of characters crossing over, this quest starts with Mirabel talking about the dinner parties she used to have with all the other women in town. It’s clear from the picture that Minnie and Ariel are not there, which makes you wonder what they did to deserve to be left out. That might be better left unknown.
You can enjoy the quest itself because you have to first put the Madrigals’ dinner table back together by picking up its pieces on the beach and then grow veggies to make a variety of foods. There should be smiles and no stomachaches all around.
Memory Magnification
One of the most shockingly touching quests in Dreamlight Valley is the one about Minnie going missing. Mickey is there and right at the start of Disney Dreamlight Valley, but his sweetheart is missing, which stands out. As you go forward, you’ll start to see ghostly versions of Minnie, and you’ll find out that she’s stuck in a different life.
Mickey asks you to save her, which is the most important part of this task. You can get her out of the dark world and back into town with the help of Merlin and some Dreamlight magic. Their meeting is very sweet, but she has no memory of Mickey at all, which is a bummer.
The Mystery Of The Missing Socks
This story is a lot more fun than the last one. It brings Stitch to the town, but the beauty is in the setup. After a while, you’ll start to find socks that have been taken all over town. Donald thinks it’s part of a plot. You’ll work with the suspicious duck to find the bad guy over the course of a real week.
Finally, a sock with blue fur on it is found. That should be enough to let Disney fans know something is up. Alien DNA is what the scanner gives them, and who else but Stitch himself comes crashing down onto the beach in a dirty big rocketship? So, Donald, you won’t need that tin foil hat.
The Curse
The story in Dreamlight Valley is one of its best parts. It deals with lost youth, sadness, and anxiety, among other things. The Curse, an early quest in the game, brings these ideas to the forefront by completely upsetting the peace in the Valley. After letting Mother Gothel out of her house, she casts a spell that locks everyone in the village inside their homes with purple force fields.
This part of the story means that you can’t work on anything else right now. You can’t bring Woody his daily cake if he’s locked up, right? We also learned that you, or a form of you, may have been involved in the fall of Dreamlight Valley in the past. Interesting stuff.
The Spirits Of Nature
In some areas of the game, like the Disney worlds you can visit. It tries to be more of an open-world adventure game. This Frozen quest is one of the more interesting times it does this. In this one, you have to fight each of the elemental guards of the Enchanted Forest to get to Elsa.
The fire lizard Bruni will play tag with you, an Earth Giant will sleep, the Water Nokk will become your friend. And you’ll have to get rid of Gale the Wind Spirit before you can reach everyone’s favorite ice-bender. Even though Frozen 2 was a bit hard to follow, the artistic ideas were great, and they’re fully realized here.
How Far You’ll Go
This is another adventure-style task where you’ll get to feel like a sailor as you help Moana fix her boat and sail to different oceanic spots. There are puzzles to solve, like figuring out a prize map. And times when you can just fish out in the open water. Even though you’re looking for an oil lamp, the idea is still the same.
You can tell Moana to sail to any of the four places you want to see. There aren’t many other places in Dreamlight Valley that give you this much choice. The coral reef is especially beautiful, with Moana’s grandmother Tala splashing around in the background as a big manta ray.
Frozen Memories
It seems like a strange repeating theme in Penalty Kick Online is that couples forget about each other. Kristoff has forgotten Anna this time. He had to have his memories erased in order to break a curse that was trapping him in a dark portal (ah, plot devices!).
He tries very hard, but he can’t remember anything about his old life. You and Anna need to try to break the spell. You’ll go through a bunch of things, like their engagement ring, picture albums, and other things. That she hopes will stick in his mind. But in the end, a spell that Elsa does for him works.
Sprouting A Story
When you pay enough Moonstones, Wall-E will put on his Dapper outfit, and you can start this quest. While you’re traveling, you’ll come across pages from an old novel. As you put them together, you’ll see that they tell the story of Wall-E in a fairy tale-like way.
It turns out that the robot had been writing this story before the Forgetting so that someone could read it to his dying boot plant to save it. Coolest thing is that you can tell the story in your own unique way. Because there are different speech choices that you can pick from.
The Remembered
The Remembered, the last quest of Season 1, is the only one that really deserves to be called the game’s best quest. It’s a hard quest with a lot of emotional depth. So much so that the writers had to add a content warning after the fact because players were getting upset.
The unknown bad guy that’s been messing with the town is found to be The Forgotten, a representation of your teen angst from a time when you were depressed all the time. You see how badly you treat the people in the town and how the bad guys try to trick you into destroying the valley. But in the end, you make peace with your young self and realize how important it is to keep in touch with your youth.
